While Sol-Law does not generally practise in non-commercial areas of the law,
there may be occasion when it will be necessary, in the interests of an existing
client, to do so. For example in a
matter which may fall strictly within the field of criminal law the commercial
nature of the alleged offence (such as a customs or fisheries offence) will
warrant Sol-Law acting for the client. Sol-Law
will also undertake trade disputes and personal injuries litigation on behalf of
existing commercial clients.
